KG: Gratschach 		Das Bauwerk repräsentiert eine kleine romanische Kirche mit niedrigerem quadratischen Chor, einem östlich hölzernen Dachreiter, Spitzhelm und hölzernem Vordach im Westen. Südwand und Chor weisen kleine romanische Fenster auf. Die Filiakirche ist mit einem Schindeldach gedeckt. An der südlichen Außenmauer sind zahlreiche skulptierte Bruchstücke von einem römerzeitlichen Grabbau einzementiert: Pilasterfragmente, Tritonrelief, welches in der 2. Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts durch Vandalenakte (man schlug mit einem Hammer die erhabenen Teile des in ein Horn blasenden griechischen Meeresgottes ab) stark beschädigt wurde, Friesbalken mit Rankenornament, Delphinrelief, ferner ein Fragment mit einem eingeritzten Lämmchen unsicherer Datierung. Denkmal: Bezeichnung des Denkmals. Es ist die Bezeichnung angegeben, wie sie vom Bundesdenkmalamt (BDA) verwendet wird.
Weiters sind ein oder mehrere Objekt-Identifier für das Denkmal angeführt, deren wichtigste die hier kurz mit HERIS-ID bezeichnete aktuelle Datenbankschlüssel (Heritage Information System ID der Datenbank österreichischer Kulturdenkmale (P9154)) und der mit Objekt-ID bezeichnete alte Datenbankschlüssel des BDAs (auch DBMS-ID, Objekt-ID der Datenbank österreichischer Kulturdenkmale (P2951), hinfällig nach Vollendung der Transition) sind. Weitere Identifier verlinken entweder auf andere externe Datenbanken (z. B. Tiroler Kunstkataster) oder auf weitere Wikipedia-Repräsentationen desselben Objekts (z. B. Gemeindebauten in Wien), abhängig von den Einträgen im zugehörigen Wikidata-Item, das auch verlinkt ist.
Standort: Es ist die Adresse angegeben. Bei freistehenden Objekten ohne Adresse (zum Beispiel bei Bildstöcken) ist im Regelfall eine Adresse angegeben, die in der Nähe des Objekts liegt. Durch Aufruf des Links Standort wird die Lage des Denkmals in verschiedenen Kartenprojekten angezeigt. Darunter ist die Katastralgemeinde (KG) angegeben.
Beschreibung: Kurze Angaben zum Denkmal.
Metadaten: Zusätzlich werden, wenn in den persönlichen Einstellungen das Helferlein Dauerhaftes Einblenden von Metadaten aktiviert ist, ebensolche angezeigt. Dort finden sich auch die Grundstücksnummern (GstNr.) zu den Denkmälern sowie der Status, ob das Objekt per Bescheid oder mittels Verordnung (gemäß § 2a Denkmalschutzgesetz)[3] unter Schutz gestellt wurde.

Die Tabelle ist alphabetisch nach dem Standort des Denkmals sortiert. Das Sortierkriterium ist die Katastralgemeinde und innerhalb dieser die Adresse.
