Funhouse[1] is the fifth studio album by pop singer Pink, set to be released in Australia on October 25, 2008, and in North America on October 28, 2008 (see 2008 in music).[1] The album cover has been released on her official website.

The first single is "So What" produced by Max Martin, (who produced previous Pink hits such as "Who Knew" and "U + Ur Hand"), and was released on August 18, 2008 as a single in North America.[2] The single has already been one of the biggest hits of her career, becoming her first solo number one in the U.S. and her third number one in New Zealand, also so far reaching the top three in Australia, Canada, and Sweden.

Promotion

To support and promote her new album and first single Pink guest-hosted twice on the new tv-station FNMTV, and her new video for "So What" made its world premiere on FNMTV on August 22, 2008.

On September 7, Pink performed "So What" at the 2008 American MTV Video Music Awards.[4]

Pink has reportedly announced that she will visit Australia in October 2008 for promotion of her Funhouse album, and will return to tour Australia in April 2009.

It has also been announced that Pink will perform at the 2008 ARIA Awards ceremony in Sydney Australia on the October 19, 2008.[5]
