Nicole Alexander

Nicole "Nikki" Deannae Alexander (born July 12, 1983) is an American model and actress, most notable as the winner of the first season of the VH1 reality television show Flavor of Love, on which she was given the nickname Hoopz by rapper and star Flavor Flav. She is further known for her revealing website, where she models partially nude and in lingerie.

Background

Alexander was born in Detroit, Michigan to an Italian-American mother and an African-American father, and currently lives in nearby Dearborn, Michigan. Prior to her career as a performer, she worked with her uncle buying and renovating houses.

Flavor of Love

Alexander appeared on the first season of Flavor of Love at age 22. After almost two months of living in "Flav's mansion" along with the show's other contestants, Flav chose her as the winner over Tiffany Pollard ("New York"), the other finalist. As a token of his affection, Flav gave Alexander a set of gold teeth similar to his own. In the series' reunion special, Alexander revealed that she and Flav were no longer a couple. Flav subsequently made a second season of Flavor of Love.
