Anja Dittmer

Anja Dittmer (* 22. September 1975 in Neubrandenburg) ist deutsche Thriathletin, Olympionikin 2000, sowie 2004 und Gesamtweltcup-Siegerin 2004. Sie ist die Schwester von Kanufahrer Andreas Dittmer.

Werdegang

Beruflich

Anja Dittmer machte Abitur und lernte dann Bauzeichnerin. Seit November 2001 ist sie Sportsoldatin in der Sportfördergruppe Mainz, wo sie zur Zeit den Dienstgrad eines Stabsunteroffiziers inne hat.

Sportlich

Dittmer ist seit 1998 Profi-Triathletin. Von 1995 bis 1999 wurde sie von Andreas Barth trainiert. Danach folgte bis 2002 Thomas Springstein, der dann in Dopingvorwürfe geriet, weshalb sie ihren Trainer erneut wechselte. Seit 2003 wird sie nun von Ralf Ebli trainiert.

Im Jahr 2001 erlitt Anja Dittmer einen Ermüdungsbruch, weshalb sie nicht an der Welt- und an der Europameisterschaft teilnehmen konnte.
