The Welsh BNP – Plaid Cymru

After being refused all medical care by all four medical practices in his area for two years on the grounds of his being transgender and having falsified medical records –by Dr. A. P. Thompson of Birmingham - as disabled person with a progressive degenerative disease in the area he lived in, Mr. Viking contacted Adam Price. Not one doctor was prepared to get the objective clinical data that were, and still are, available except a Dr. Imman who was prevented doing so by his senior partner Dr. Rowena Matthews. In October 2003, Mr. Viking’s H. A. concerned, Dyfed – Powys, replied to Adam Price’s letter that as Mr. Viking did not make correspondence between parties available to Mr. Price, the H.A. could not reply to his letter unless Mr. Viking disclosed medical records for which Mr. Viking would have to give his consent. Alun Lewis failed to reply that all correspondence had been made available, and had in fact received it. Alun Lewis then failed to take a case as serious as this further -without informing Mr. Viking of this fact! - while purporting that he was taking this further. Alun Lewis then refused to return Mr. Viking’s documents, thus preventing him from taking his case further and this for a period as long as 18 months; when Alun Lewis eventually did return Mr. Viking’s documents, Alun Lewis had taken great care to return these outside the time limit that is on such cases, so Mr Viking was unable to take his case further. In August 02 Mr. Viking was assaulted by hospital staff due to his being transgender; again, Alun and Adam were fully aware of this and did nothing, while purporting the opposite. In December 02 the H.A. even cancelled a painfully gained registration on the pretext that this was Mr. Vikings initiative whereas Mr. Viking had made the point that registration with a medical practice did not guarantee that healthcare according to clinical need would take place. The H.A. actions in actively blocking healthcare can be proven to be of intent and of vested interest due to the lack of a G. D. policy. A case which caused Mr. Viking to be homeless for 28 months in order to be able to receive healthcare, - as a home-owner - a home which he now has lost. But at least he is in receipt of medical care, in particular for his pdd and is even on the waiting list for an NHS electric wheelchair, long overdue. When Mr. Viking called Alun Lewis at his office to check progress on his case, Mr. Viking was later accused of stalking Alun, together with accusations of unwarranted phone calls etc. When I contacted Alun, I had a very irrational and illogical e-mail demanding to know, amongst other things such as address and phone numbers which Alun Lewis already knew, his profile on a gay chat site, i.e. his sexual preferences! As the above described was done to Mr. Viking by his own profession, this made him emotionally extra vulnerable and Alun Lewis made full use of this. Needless to say, Mr Viking is not Welsh where all the other parties were.
