...and Oceans war eine Industrial-Band aus Helsinki, Finnland, die 1995 aus der Band Festerday hervorging.
Spielte die Band anfangs eher Black Metal änderte sich die Stilrichtung mit den Alben Cypher und A.M.G.O.D hin zum Electronic / Industrial Metal.
An ihrem 10. Jahrestag änderte die Band ihren Namen zu Havoc Unit, auch um damit ihre veränderte Stilrichtung anzudeuten.
