Sascha Paeth

Sascha Paeth ist ein Gitarrist, Bassist, Musikproduzent und Tontechniker, bekannt für seine Arbeit mit Heavy-Metal-Bands wie Angra, Shaaman, Rhapsody of Fire, Kamelot, Redkey , After Forever, Luca Turilli, Edguy, Tobias Sammet´s Projekt Avantasia und vielen anderen. Er besitzt ein Studio in einem Vorort von Wolfsburg mit dem Namen "Gate Studios", das anfänglich für die Aufnahmen seiner früheren Band Heaven's Gate genutzt wurde. Sowohl als Produzent als auch als Audio Engineer ist Paeth heute einer der gefragtesten Personen im Metal-Bereich.

Er hat viele Alben in Zusammenarbeit mit Michael Rodenberg produziert. 2004 produzierte er Aina, eine Metal-Oper, bei der viele Gast-Musiker aus dem Heavy-Metal-Bereich mitwirkten.

Sein neuestes Werk, welches, in Zusammenarbeit mit Tobias Sammet und anderen Musikern aus der Rock- und Metalszene, 2008 veröffentlicht wird trägt den Titel "The Scarecrow". Sascha Paeth ist dort an der Gitarre zu hören.
