With the Beatles ist das zweite Album der Beatles. Es erschien am 22. November 1963. Die Aufnahmen für die LP fanden am 15. Juli 1963 in den EMI-Studios in der Abbey Road in London statt. Für With the Beatles lagen Vorbestellungen in Höhe von 270.000 Exemplaren vor, ein klares Zeichen für den erstaunlich schnellen Aufstieg der Beatles zur dominierenden Gruppe in Großbritannien.

Wie bei Please Please Me verließ man sich bei der Zusammenstellung der Titel auf eine Kombination von eigenem Material und aus bei Liveauftritten bewährten Cover-Versionen. Neben Songs von Lennon und McCartney findet sich mit Don't Bother Me die erste Komposition von George Harrison auf einem Beatles-Album. Auch diese Platte wurde von George Martin produziert.
