hallo ale, rabe hat mich an dich verwiesen. ich habe 2 gründe angebracht nämlich das auch frauen aufgenommen werde, die Verbinung die erste in Essen /ghs war und die namenswahl als frisia. reicht das für keine löschung, ggf relevanz? hab eh keine ahnung bin newbee mfg sven0508

Hallo ALE!, es geht hierum: Studentische Verbindung Frisia-Breslau zu Essen . Der Artikel hat sich einen Löschantrag eingefangen und der Autor Benutzer:Sven0508 kommt damit nur schlecht zurecht. Leider haben wir keine bekannten Mitglieder, aber wir sind die erste Studentenverbinung die auch Frauen mit aufnimmt. Zudem waren wir die erste Verbindung an der Universität Essen / Gesamthochschule. Die Uni hat dann mit Duisburg zur Uni Duisburg Essen fusioniert. Vielleicht ist auch der Namen ein Grund für die Nichtlöschung, da dieser sich nicht auf die Region sondern weil man sich die Friesen als Vorbild nehmen wollte. --Sven0508 17:55, 14. Bitte um Überprüfung der Bildlizenz

Please dont scare other communities with your POV that the images should be deleted. You let it look like a fact, however, I understand from other Commonists that it is rubbish, and they will not be deleted. No, usually I get positive reactions. From time to time I receive a negative one. Especially with regards to COAs and flags I do not understand the harsh dutch crticism against replacing PNGs with SVGs. If you want, you can discuss this on Commons. The problem is that you state that it is quite sure that they will be deleted. As I understand also from that discussion, is that it is totally not sure. So I guess you shouldnt implicate that. About the "harshness": that is because we have/had a few people who were quite familiar on COA's, and saw claerly a lot of times that the SVG-COA were *not correct*, ugly, or did not have the same look as the original, official, version. What *i* do not understand, is your harshness to deleted the PNG's. Please let the local communities decide themselves what they prefer. Let them decide themselves which quality, both the look as the factual part, is best. There is no urge for deletion. It doesnt save disk space, as the deleted version is stored, there is no real advantage to delete them other then to force people to the svg, which is imho a bad thing. (the force, not necessarily the svg). I do not say svg is evil, but the svg's are sometimes wrong, and as there is an advantage to keep them (reference at least) and no advantage to delete them, why would you delete them? It causes a lot of discussion, distrust, trouble, *and* it is quite a lot of work for the admins. Just leave them where they are, and everybody is happy. Please beleive in the judgement of the local communities and do not force everybody to your beleive in the superceding of svg. Forcing a change through someone's throat with false arguments is a bad way to persuade someone too, by the way. Your behavious is probably one of the most important cases why the Dutch Wikipedia is so harsh on Commons. Maletwasanderes 17:43, 2. Apr. 2007 (CEST)Beantworten

Moin, dein Bild auf Wiki Commons Mate.jpg wurde durch nonsense ersetzt. Hab dir dort auch schon eine Nachricht geschrieben. Hab dort kein Account, kann also dir Änderung nicht rückgängig machen.
