Misconduct (originally titled Beyond Deceit) is an upcoming American drama thriller film directed Shintaro Shimosawa and written by Simon Boyes and Adam Mason. The film stars Josh Duhamel, Alice Eve, Malin Åkerman, Byung-hun Lee, Julia Stiles, Glen Powell, with Al Pacino, and Anthony Hopkins. The film is scheduled to be released in a limited release and through video on demand on February 5, 2016, by Lionsgate Premiere.[1]
Plot
An ambitious lawyer Ben (Josh Duhamel) finds himself caught in a struggle between a corrupt pharmaceutical executive Denning (Anthony Hopkins) and the firm's partner Abrams (Al Pacino). The case takes a deadly turn and Ben must uncover the truth before he loses everything.

Production
On February 6, 2015, Anthony Hopkins, Al Pacino, Dan Stevens, Malin Akerman and Byung-hun Lee joined the cast.[2] On March 10, 2015, Josh Duhamel and Alice Eve joined the cast.[3] Principal photography began on March 20, 2015.[4]
Release
On April 1, 2015 Lionsgate acquired distribution rights to the film.[5] The film is scheduled to be released in a limited release and through video on demand on February 5, 2016.[6]
