Proud Boys is a social-political conservative movement based in the United States, which the New Yorker described as “pro-Western fraternal organization” for men who “refuse to apologize for creating the modern world.”. The group was formed by libertarian/conservative podcaster Gavin McInnes in 2016.[1]

Gavin McInnes's boss at Compound Media, Keith the Cop, has said on Anthony Cumia's show, "I believe the Proud Boys are a gay organization."[2]

The group takes its name from the showtune Proud of Your Boy, a song introduced in the 2011 stage-show version of Disney's Aladdin[3]

No Wanks

The founding principle of Proud Boys is abstinence from masturbation. According to relationship guru and “pope” Dante Nero this helps promote sex drive in the boys.[4] Also to note about Dante is that he has a Proud Boy tattoo on his neck. When confronted by his peers about why he has a white supremacist group on his neck Dante complained to Gavin. Gavin then made a new rule on the Facebook page to stop using the N-word and referencing Nazi stuff.

Degrees

There are requirements for ascending the Proud Boys hierarchy:

  • 1st degree - Declare oneself a Western Chauvinist who refuses to apologize for creating the modern world.
  • 2nd degree - Get punched by 5 or more Proud Boys until naming five brands of breakfast cereal.
  • 3rd degree - Get a permanent Proud Boys tattoo.[5]
  • 4th degree - Get arrested for defending yourself or your fellow man, through aggressive preservation techniques.
  • 5th degree - Insert a homosexual stimulant device into your anus without lubricant. Feces, especially in diarrhea form, is considered a lubricant.
