William Lava

William Lava (* 18. März 1911 in Saint Paul, Minnesota; † 20. Februar 1971 in Los Angeles) war US-amerikanischer Filmkomponist und Arrangeur.

Leben

Lava besuchte die Von Humboldt Grammar School und die Lane Tech High School in Chicago und danach die Northwestern University. Er studierte Dirigieren bei Albert Coates in Los Angeles. Er arbeitete von 1962 bis 1969 für Warner Bros., Looney Tunes und Merrie Melodies wo er den verstorbenen Milt Franklyn ersetzte.
