Lancair Legacy
The Lancair Legacy, a modernized version of the Lancair 320, is a low-wing two place retractable-gear composite monoplane, manufactuered by Lancair. It is available as a kit, costing $59,500. There is also a fixed-gear version the Legacy FG, for $39,500. Finished versions cost considerably more depending on avionics, engine choice, etc. It cruises at 276 mph at 8,000ft.
