Respawn Entertainment

Developers Jason West and Vince Zampella departed heads of Infinity Ward, announced their new studio, Respawn Entertainment, with Electronic Arts providing the seed capital to start the company. Zampella will be assuming the role of General Manager and West as president.

They have a publishing deal with EA Partners, and EA will have the right to publish the company's first game, along with potential sequels and spin-offs. Respawn Entertainment will still own and maintain control of their intellectual property, however.

They are currently in the process of hiring a team to work on an, as of yet unannounced project
