Infrarotzielsystem

Ein Infrarotzielsystem (engl. infra-red search and track, IRST) ist ein militärisches Gerät mit der Aufgabe, Infrarotstrahlung emittierend Objekte (z.B. Flugzeuge und Hubschrauber) zu entdecken und verfolgen. ^[1]
