I write this in English, because my English is better than my German. You seem to have written a tool which creates errors in Swedish wikipedia. There are essentially two ways to write references. Most people write
Text<ref>Reference text</ref>
<references/>
Text continuation
This is impractical if the there are many and long references. The alternaitve is to name the references and write, e.g.,
Text<ref name="hello"/>
<references>
<ref name="hello">Reference text</ref>
</references>
Text continuation
Note that the correct way is to close the "reference" section with "/references", not with "references/". Some Swedish users follow your instructions and change "/references" in pages that I have written to the purportedly missing "references/". The result is that the "Text continuation" is not shown.
It is very unfortunate that your "tool" gives messages that make unsuspecting users introduce errors in correct wikipedia code. My advice to you is that you take immediate action and see to that your "tool" works correctly. Sincerely, Roufu (Diskussion) 00:59, 26. Jun. 2014 (CEST)
