Maurice LaMarche

Maurice LaMarche is a prolific voice actor known for his impressions of Orson Welles. He has portrayed Chief Quimby in Inspector Gadget, Egon Spengler in the many incarnations of the Ghostbusters cartooons, the Brain in Pinky and the Brain, and numerous secondary characters in Futurama including Kif Kroker and Morbo. He is also the voice of Froot Loops mascot Toucan Sam and the current official voice of Popeye.
