Krill
Krill ist ein norwegisches Wort und bedeutet Walnahrung. Krill ist Teil des Plankton (Zooplankton). Es sind Garnelen-artige Invertebraten, wichte Nahrung für Wale, Pinguine, Fische und Vögel - Die wichtigste Art ist der Antarktische Krill (Euphausia superba). Im Nord Atlantik erfüllt Meganyctiphanes norvegica eine ähnliche Rolle.
