The Collection 1973 – 84 ist ein CD-Box-Set, welches von Bruce Springsteen 2010 auf Columbia Records veröffentlicht wurde. Es ist eine Neuveröffentlichung der ersten sieben Studioalben von ihm und der E-Street Band.

Hintergrund

Die CD-Box, welche acht CDs enthält, ist eine rote, mit künstlichen Kratzern versehene Box mit der Aufschrift „BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN THE COLLECTION 1973-84" auf der Rückseite der Box ist ein Überblick über die sieben Alben, deren Titel und dessen Titellängen gegeben. Die CDs sind jeweils in Langspielplattenhüllen im Kleinformat, die dem Original ähneln, verpackt.
