Wham war eine zwischen 1982 und 1986 bestehende Popband, bestehend aus George Michael und Andrew Ridgeley. Bekannte Hits sind u.a. Last Christmas oder Wake Me Up Before You Go Go. Unter anderem schafften sie für Furore da sie als erste westliche Band in China spielten und in den USA aus einem Album drei Nummer 1 Hits hervorbrachten, was vor ihnen nur der Soundtrack zu Saturday Night Fever schaffte.
