"Your Love Is My Drug" is a electropop song by American recording artist and songwriter Kesha Sebert, also known as Ke$ha. It is the third single from her debut studio album, Animal[1]. It has been available for legal download as an album track since January 1, 2010. Even though "Your Love Is My Drug" wasn't officially released as a single, it peaked at number twenty-seven on the US Billboard Hot 100.

Background
The song was written by Kesha, her mother Pebe Sebert and Joshua Coleman. It tells about one of Kesha's previous romances, which she compares to a drug. The song was featured in the film The Bounty Hunter.[2]
Chart performance
The song entered the Billboard Hot 100 at number twenty-seven in the third week of 2010. It also entered the Canadian Hot 100 in the same week at number forty-eight, although it wasn't officially released as a single. It had spent a total of six weeks on the chart in the United States and six weeks in Canada. In the sixth week of 2010, "Your Love Is My Drug" entered at number sixty-three on the UK Singles Chart. This is also its peak position as in the following week it dropped off the chart.[3]
The song re-entered the Billboard Hot 100 at number ninety-one, the week ending April 3rd, 2010.[4]
