In 1996, Yoram sold half the company to the Australian based entertainment company Village Roadshow. As a result, the company became Yoram Gross-Village Roadshow. In 1999, Village Roadshow's half was bought out by Germany-based EM.TV, becoming Yoram Gross-EM.TV. In 2006, Yoram Gross sold the other half of his company to EM.TV. Today, the original Yoram Gross Films is now known as Flying Bark Productions. However, Yoram and Sandra later set up a separate company called "Yoram Gross Films", later that July. This company continues to produce family-oriented entertainment today.
