Timbaland Presents Shock Value ist das erste Studioalbum des US-amerikanischen Musikproduzenten und Rappers Timbaland. Die erste Singleauskoppelung des Albums heißt Give It to Me (feat. Nelly Furtado & Justin Timberlake) und wurde am 6. Februar 2007 veröffentlicht und erreichte in den Vereinigten Staaten und in Großbritannien die Spitze der Charts.

Das Album sollte am 27. März 2007 erscheinen, jedoch wurde der Termin auf 3. April 2007 verschoben.
Es stieg auf Platz 5 mit 138.000 verkauften Alben in den USA ein. Im Vereinigen Königreich und in Frankreich folgten ähnliche Platzierungen.
Hintergrund
Nach den großen Erfolgen der Alben Loose, PCD, FutureSex/LoveSounds und deren Auskoppelungen, welche er alle zum größten Teil produzierte und featurete, nahm Timbaland sein erstes Soloalbum auf. Von Anfang dürfte das Album unter großen Erwartungen gestanden haben, welchen es Gerecht werden konnte.
Musik
Auf dem Album sind größtenteils R&B/Hip Hop-Tracks (mit z.B.:Nelly Furtado) zu finden, aber auch Pop-Duette mit Größen wie Elton John. Der musikalische Effekt ist, dass das Album abwechslungsreich, bezogen auf die Bandbreite der Genres, wirkt.
