Solitaire auch Solitär ist ein Kartenlegespiel für einen Spieler. Seine Bekanntheit verdankt es der Computerspielversion die seit 1990 mit dem Betriebssystem Windows ausgeliefert wird. Es ist auf vielen Windows-PCs vorinstalliert und wird daher gerne am Arbeitsplatz gespielt. Das Spiel gehört zu den so genannten Patiencen.
