Commerce City ist eine Stadt im Adams County im US-Bundesstaat Colorado, USA, mit 27.300 Einwohnern (Stand: 2004). Die Fläche der Stadt beträgt 67,0 km².
In Commerce City wird zur Zeit das Dick's Sporting Goods Park gebaut, ab 2007 die neue Spielstätte der MLS-Profifußballmannschaft Colorado Rapids. Ferner ist die Stadt bekannt für die dort stattfindenden Greyhound-Hunderennen.
