Tarot ist eine Heavy-Metal-Band aus Kuopio (Finnland). Die Band wird in ihrem Heimatland auch als "Gottväter" des finnischen Heavy Metal bezeichnet. Bekanntestes Mitglied ist der Sänger und Bassist Marco Hietala, der seit 2002 auch bei Nightwish aktiv ist.
