Meanwhile Tony is informed by the West Orange police that his daughter Meadow threw a party at Livia's house. In addition to the house being trashed, there were several designer drugs and alcohol found at the scene thus the overdoses of several partygoers. Since the police officer owed Tony a favor, he will not expose what really happened at the party. Meadow and Hunter are then driven home by Tony where he asks what actually happened. Meadow quickly defends herself stating that it was not her fault and that it was supposed to be a small gathering of friends. When Tony and Meadow arrive home, Carmela expects an explanation however Meadow runs up the stairs before she can answer. The following morning, Carmela and Tony want a reason why Meadow would have a party at her grandmother's vacant house and to rule out a punishment. After Meadow comes clean, she gives herself her own punishment by allowing her parents to take away her Discover Card.

At first after hearing Meadow's charade, Janice is in support of her decision since she is beginning to grow independently. When Carmela asks her nicely to not invade in her parenting skills. Melfi recommends a dish on the menu which Tony asks if they are now making small talk. Melfi then leaves saying "toodle-oo". At a therapy session with her therapist, Dr. Kupferberg she is annoyed because she did not want to say that and that she feels different when she is around him. The following night, Melfi has a dream that Tony suffers a car accident while taking a pill of prozac. As Tony crashes the car, music from The Wizard of Oz plays in the background. An alarmed Melfi wakes up from her dream and writes it down in her notebook.

Tony then decides to throw Richie a "welcome home" party after his long prison term. At the party, Richie's debtors all pay him homage with envelopes of money except for Beansie Gaeta. When Richie asks if Beansie is present, Tony tells him to lay off him. Hours after the party, Richie finds Beansie and attempts to shoot him for not showing up to the party. When Beansie feels it is safe, he returns to his car only to find Richie in the adjacent car who comes towards him and runs him over. Beansie is then left laying in an alley severely injured. Tony later visits Beansie in the hospital where his wife becomes very offensive and that the doctor has minimal hope that Beansie will walk again.

Richie reminds Tony that no one ever went to see him in jail especially Beansie and that he deserved what happened. Richie then changes the subject by asking how Tony's sister Janice is doing. Later, Richie sees Janice at yoga class where they begin to reminsce and talk about their present statuses. Richie then tries to whoo Janice over by bringing a bouquet of flowers to Livia's bedside. Over sodas, Janice tells Richie that they are both in very different places but Richie insists that they give their relationship another chance.
