Portrush Road is a major bypass route in Adelaide, the capital of South Australia. It runs from south to north through the eastern suburbs of Adelaide, at the foot of the Adelaide Hills. The southern end is at the foot of the South Eastern Freeway (the major route from Melbourne and the south east of South Australia). Portrush Road extends north from there crossing other arterial routes into the city. At North East Road it changes name, but the route continues to meet Grand Junction Road running west towards Port Adelaide. Vorlage:Adelaide-geo-stub
