2012年8月,该团体发行了首张Mixtape《Lords Never Worry英语Lords Never Worry》,并于2013年12月发行单曲《Trillmatic英语Trillmatic》。该团体还在之后发行了两张录音室专辑《Cozy Tapes Vol. 1: Friends英语Cozy Tapes Vol. 1: Friends》(2016)和《Cozy Tapes Vol. 2: Too Cozy英语Cozy Tapes Vol. 2: Too Cozy》(2017)[3][4][5]

「ASAP」被普遍理解为英文「越快越好」(as soon as possible)的缩写,但也有人尝试做逆向首字母缩略词解释,将其解读为「一直努力并获得成功」(Always Strive and Prosper)[2]、「刺杀告密者与警察」(Assassinating Snitches and Police)以及「象征任何目标的缩写」(Acronym Symbolizing Any Purpose),据说ASAP Rocky本人最喜欢「Acronym Symbolizing Any Purpose」的解读[6]

Love. ASAP英语Live. Love.

混音带《Lords Never Worry》、成员个人专辑《Long. Live. ASAP》和《Trap Lord》(2012–2014)

2013年8月,ASAP Mob的成员与Joey Badass英语Joey Badass(左)在多伦多「Under the Influence Tour」演出

Live. ASAP英语Long. Live. 2013年5月,ASAP Rocky、French Montana、Schoolboy Q和Trinidad James参与客串的Remix版《Work》发行[14]

Cozy Tapes series (2015–2025)

On January 18, 2015, ASAP Mob revealed that ASAP Yams had died[24] of acute mixed drug intoxication.[25] On October 15, 2016, ASAP Rocky confirmed that the group's compilation album Cozy Tapes Vol. 1: Friends was completed.[26] Dedicated to ASAP Yams, the album was released on October 31, 2016, and featured several artists, including Playboi Carti, who had signed to the Mob's AWGE imprint that year, Skepta, and Tyler, The Creator.

On August 1, 2017, ASAP Rocky announced that Cozy Tapes Vol. 2: Too Cozy would be released on August 25, preceded by ASAP Twelvyy's album, 12, on August 4 and ASAP Ferg's Still Striving on August 18.[27]

On January 13, 2019, ASAP Ant announced that he was leaving the collective to focus on his solo career.[28] He returned in April, confirming that the collective had begun work on their third studio album, Cozy Tapes 3.[29]
