當您對於自己的編輯變更成果感到滿意，這時候您就可以進行儲存編輯。當您儲存編輯時，您所做出的改變就會立即反映在維基百科頁面中（如果想要取消您的編輯，只要關閉瀏覽器視窗即可）。
當您完成編輯時，可點選工作列上藍色的 保存更改 按鈕。這將會開啟一個對話視窗；在這裡，您應該要填寫這次編輯的摘要；這份摘要可以協助其他編輯者瞭解您所做出的改變。
If you just made uncontroversial spelling or formatting changes, marking your editing as minor can be helpful to other editors (this option isn't available unless you're logged in). Also, if you want to be notified of further changes to the page, you can and add it to your 监视列表 (again, only available to those who are logged in).
The "复核您的更改" button shows you the Wiki markup source code for the changes you've made, if you want to check. The "继续编辑" button returns you to the page you were editing, where you can make more changes (you can save all of your edits later).
