The HRM practice in china companies is more open as compare to American Companies. In hypothesis There is a significant difference in the mean opinion between gender and career progression and retention among IT employees so this hypothesis is not satisfied many hypotheses are rejected but at last one if the hypothesis is selected. IN short, the thing is fairly good practice, equal employment opportunities everyone should be respected by its age, race, religion etc. and by their work women’s also work side by side with man they are more punctual then man so everyone should give a good environment.
