Should this page be deleted, and then restored without this threat? --Frogger3140 (talk) 22:34, 31 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It's really not too bad in my opinion. Just normal vandalism. If someone thinks the threat is a valid one, then it may need to be oversighted. Malinaccier (talk) 22:37, 31 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
That isn't a legal threat, just ordinary vandalism. It's fine in my opinion. Majorly talk 22:38, 31 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Cannot find newly created page

Resolved.

Hello. I'm not sure where I should be asking this question, but I have just created a page called 'ComOps' and have saved it, but when I search for it in the search box, it doesn't appear and says it hasnt been created yet. Am I doing something wrong?? Thank you in advance for your help! Sarah123 (talk) 01:24, 5 November 2009 (UTC)Sarah123[reply]

rename/move page

How do I rename a page (move it to a new name)? I could not find this topic in the Help category. -- Rachel, 19:42, 7 November 2012 (UTC)

You need to be a Wikipedia:Autoconfirmed users first. We should also fix the help pages too.--Peterdownunder (talk) 20:16, 7 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I just created the article Common teal by simplifying the page from (regular) Wikipedia. I have done very little in Simple English, though I've been contributing to and editing Wikipedia for nine years.

How do I make interwiki links from Simple English WP to the regular English WP and vice versa? For example, for my (still empty) user page here, or to link to the regular Common teal page from this post. --Thnidu (talk) 04:54, 30 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I suggest you get used to the editing syntax first, and deal with English wiki second. I've put a gadget on the source code which links to the En page. A rather bigger question is whether this particular page needs to credit En with copyright. I think not, because almost all of it is elementary facts which you can find in many sources. Had you brought over much more, you would need to credit En wiki formally by using the rubric:
{{enwp based|url=http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Philosophical_skepticism&oldid=346768538}}
You would place this on the talk page of a new article, substituting the title and getting the number from the "cite this page" of the En wiki article. I think you can leave that until you get more familiar with the general editing syntax. Macdonald-ross (talk) 09:59, 30 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

P=NP problem

       P=NP?
   P=NP?在逻辑上可以通过反向思维来证明。证明方法如下:
首先,作出非P的假设;

       English translations:

Logically, it can be proved by reverse thinking.The proof method is as follows: First, make a non-p assumption; Then, the least strict non-p instance is used to verify that P=NP if there is a case of non-p.If this validation does not exist in the case of a non-p, then it is verified with another non-p instance that is more stringent than before.Until there is an anti-p situation!If there is no anti-p in the end, then P/= not P!
