Appearance
A SERIES circuit is a circuit that each and every light bulb is connected to each other, and if you take 1 light bulb out they ALL LOSE POWER AND DOES NOT SHINE.

A PARALLEL circuit is the complete opposite of the series circuit because if you take one light bulb out of the circuit the other is still lit up, the light bulbs in a parallel circuit has a circuit of its own (they have circles on their own)
