Godey's Lady's Book was a 19th-century women's magazine. It was published in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania by Louis A. Godey. It began publication in 1830 as The Lady's Book with "Godey's" added to the title about 1840. It was also known as Godey's Magazine.

Contents included recipes, health advice, fiction, poetry, fashions, household tips, moral instruction, etc. Sarah Josepha Hale was editor. Unusual for the times, the magazine copyrighted the contents.

The monthly fashion plates were hand-colored by 150 women. Southern subscriptions dropped off during the American Civil War, though the magazine was careful not to make any mention of politics or the war. The magazine was absorbed by The Puritan in 1898.
