I think I added most of them
I think I have added most of the primary programming languages to that list. I don't know whether Actionscript should be moved to 'non web-based' or not, because the only time it is used on the web is when it is in a Flash movie.
Let me know what you think.
I think the list shouldnt be the main content of the aricle. Btw, where is Pascal/Delphi?- or is that not used anymore.
