Culullitheca é um gênero extinto de planta terrestre com eixos ramificados.[1] É um gênero conhecido por depósitos carbonizados do Devoniano Inferior, de tipo lagerstätten Brown Clee Hill.[2] Seus esporos formavam díades permanentes.[3]
