Stack Overflow is a horrible site created by some fairly nice people. However the moderators have been known to not be that nice. It was hacked by the organisation "Jeff" in 2015. The main man, Jeff, was unhappy with how the people of the site were being treated, so he took matters into his own hands and spammed the Parenting StackExchange website. His wife, Erica, who at the time was moderator of the site, left him three hours after the spamming began. The spam started to revolve around her then.
The Overflow "Jeffolution"
The Jeffolution was the point in time when Jeffery "Jeff" Hopeless hacked and successfully spammed StackOverflow. Many people stopped using the site and moderators, due to the insults and heavy workload from the estimated 200,000 Jeffolution participants, left the site. It started to get rundown and eventually was closed down in 2017 due to lack of funding, userbase, or will to live on the part of the creators.
It is unknown when exactly the Jeffolution began. Many say it was started by BoltClock on a comment he made to HTML_7_ROCKS_YO_BRUH in early 2014. Then the spamming begun on the Parenting Site in late 2014. I haven't got any more time to spam. Go kill yourself Erica!
