I just see you created the category Wikipedia:Khmer native. In many other languages it has become common to use the so-called en:Wikipedia:Babel templates and categories to show the language capabilities of users. With that scheme the native Khmer speakers would be in Category:User km-N, and all who speak at least a bit Khmer would be in Category:User km.
