Copy and paste of Tipitaka into Wiki
It's neither according the concept and rules of wiki nor in regard of copyright proper and allowed. To move the propery of heritage of the Sangha or property of others into ownership of wiki and further give it free to edit ancient text for everyone not to speakt of giving it for sell is a very akusala undertaking.
It would be good when this content is removed and so act respectfully not only toward wiki but also toward the Tripple Gems and the Khmer cultural heritage.
