Need a khmer translator
A cambodian friend of mine who speaks khmer sent me this quote and I have no clue what it means seeming as I don't speak the language at all. To my annoyance he wont translate it for me so I would really appreciate the help ...

I don't think I could change it into khmer letters because firstly i cant understand what the symbols mean and secondly the symbols appear as boxes on my screen.
