Returns Unicode General Category (gc) Cc Cn Cs Zs for special code points (like <control>, space character, etc). When regular gc like Letter, Symbol, Mark, Punctuation, Cf, etc --> blank
Input: (unnamerd) 1=code point value as a decimal value, because we are using #ifexpr:-calculations.
