after-action

As somebody who was resolutely neutral throughout, I'd just like to say that I think Ceranthor has all the makings of an excellent admin, but just needs more maturity. I would suggest a bit -- not too much and not too quickly -- of participation at AN and ANI, to get a better handle on the issues that admins face day-to-day.
