Image caption integration
Problem: Often a brilliant image caption at Wikipedia does not get copied to the relevant Commons file page and visa versa
Proposed solution: Allow integration between Commons and Wikipedia image captions. The easiest step would be to list all Mainspace project captions on the Commons description page.
