Clerk note: As far as my understanding of the rename from yesterday of LizandMeghan → Jamie Moffett the account to be renamed would be the current User:Jamie Moffett. It turns out this is the account for Meghan and is not Jamie using an inappropriate pseudonym (which is what i was thinking yesterday). I left a note on each account's talk page requesting clarification.

The re-creation of User:LizandMeghan is courtesy of a glitch in the MediaWiki software that i know all too well myself, that if you use your former user name and password it will let you log in as normal and it automatically re-creates the account for you.
