Fault tolerance

Would it be possible to configure the bot to do the following (as an example)?

  • Use XMPP only to contact me.
  • If XMPP is not working to contact me, try me via this AIM account.
  • If none of the above are working, try me via this other AIM account.
  • etc.
  • If you can't reach me, store any messages you have for me and provide me with both IM and HTTP retrieval methods.
