Flowdock is a hosted team chat service founded in 2009.[1] Flowdock raised $650,000 in seed funding in 2011.[2] In 2013, Flowdock was acquired by Rally Software.[3][4]

Features

Flowdock is a browser-based web service that also offers apps for OS X, iOS and Android.[5] Users can create chat rooms called flows and have private 1-to-1 conversations. Flowdock supports threaded conversations and allows any content to be tagged.[6][7] Flowdock integrates with over 80 different services[8][9] to build a combined activity stream called a team inbox.
