Use the RfC posting tool

The RfC posting tool is a script responsible for posting requests for comment (RfCs) onto various pages on Wikipedia. The goal is to improve usability by allowing RfCs to be filed through a simple form.

This account will no longer make edits due to a change in the code that bypasses the need for a bot.
