Many sentences can be more concise using Brogan methods. For example, in the intro:

Are there plans to add images? They may help since this is a very detailed article. For example, a flow chart would be nice for the HPTLC Methodology section.

The following sentence feels out of place since you're referring to one specific study (bias): Le Roux's research team assessed HPTLC for determining salbutamol serum levels in clinical trials and concluded that it is a suitable method for analyzing serum samples.
