In the UK, prime minister Boris Johnson announced a freeze on all Russian banks' UK assets as well as sanctioning over 100 individuals, entities and subsidiaries. He also announced an imminent ban on Aeroflot, a suspension on all dual export licenses on any items that could be used in the Russian military, a ban on all high tech exports (including exports in the extractives industry and stated that all measures imposed on Russia will be extended to Belarus. Notable Oligarchs sanctioned are: Kirill Shamalov, Pyotr Fradkov, Denis Bortnikov and Yury Slyusar.
