In my PhD project I use electron tomography to elucidate protein structure. So, I am comfortable working on this topic.

There is room for improvement in the article. The technique is not clearly defined. It is easy to read and concise but I think it needs to be more detailed as the techniques is getting improved day by day and highly accepted by research community. I would say it needs to be more up-to-date.
